I wrote the last post on Monday morning and have just now learned that Ann died on Monday evening. We have lost a wonderful and generous - teacher, mentor, friend, and a great light has gone out in our painting universe.
I am so sorry to learn of Ann's death. Her body of work serves as an inspiration for all kinds of artists, not only plein air painters. Her generosity of spirit touched even those of us who saw only one of her teaching videos. -Judith

She was at it - right up to the end - even attending a studio tour the day she died.
